This has got to be the best way to un bore a chicken breast. It should be called kitchen sink but, it is heaven. Juicy, tender, FLAVORFUL, and still healthy chicken breast. It goes with anything. Ceased salad, gravy, chicken noodle soup, chicken sandwich, etc. What I like the most about it is that you can marinate for even just ten to fifteen minutes and it still tastes amazing. I know that organic chicken is expensive. However, it tastes better and actually has half the fat and calories as you would find in any plain chicken breast that is not organic. The fact that it is expensive is only a better reason to try this. It really makes it special.
You will need;
3 Organic chicken breasts
1 Tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped.
1 Tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped.
1 Teaspoon dinosaur barbecue garlic chipoltle sauce.
3 Cloves crushed garlic.
1/2 Juice Of one lemon.
1 Tablespoon wegmans basting oil.
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard.
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar.
1 Tablespoon of any kind of dried herb blend. Get creative. Dill, horseradish root, Italian spices. Etc.
Throw chicken in a large ziplock bag. Add all ingredients along with a little salt and plenty of pepper. Let air out and seal bag. Shake bag around and mix everything together really well and almost like your spice rubbing. This can sit overnight or for just a few minutes. Grill, bake, or broil. When cooking breasts be sure to coat the breast heavily in the marinade during cooking. It tastes amazing with all the herbs grilled into the chicken.
