RAWWWWWWWW BROWNIES!

These should be called RAWWWRRRR brownies. You will eat these faster than you can store them. So, my first tip is to make a double batch if you have all the ingredients and eat one before you freeze. It will still be warm from the food processor.  Or hey, eat it all. You can because this is an extreme healthy recipe. There are two parts. The actual brownie and the icing. The icing is optional but, holy crap! Make it, it's amazing. This recipe requires a few ingredients and is as fresh as possible. I always use raw organic ingredients and if you can get them it is worth it. So, you need one of these so here we go....


PART ONE:
ONE CUP MIXED RAW WALNUTS AND RAW ALMONDS(PECANS ARE ALSO GREAT)
ONE CUP PITTED ORGANIC MEDJOOL DATES. (MY WEGMANS ACTUALLY HAS THEM)
1/4 PURE RAW COCOA POWDER
PINCH OF PINK HIMILAYAN SALT

THE ICING
PART TWO:
ONE RIPE ORGANIC BANANA
1/4 CUP PURE RAW COCOA POWDER
2 TABLESPOONS OF RAW LOCAL HONEY
2 TABLESPOONS OF RAW ALMOND BUTTER

      Start with part one and blend all ingredients in a food processor till well blended and sticky like. transfer to a glass brownie dish and form mixture into the dish. Next blend all ingredients in part two in food proccesor.. Blend until its a creamy icing. Top the brownies with icing and freeze for twenty to thirty mins. They are good frozen and you could always store them in the fridge too. I had them with cashew ice cream. That recipe......coming soon!
